Accessibility Statement

Introduction

Alvie Limited, trading as “Alvie” (“we”, “us” and “our”), is a company registered in England under number 11096924 (“Alvie”). Our registered office is TOG, 24 Greville Street, London, EC1N 8SS.

This accessibility statement applies to the Alvie mobile app.

This mobile application is run by Alvie. We want as many people as possible to be able to use the application. For example, that means you should be able to:

  • Use a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver) within the app and still be able to listen to access content

  • Use colour correction (from your phone settings) within the app and still be able to access content

  • Use colour inversion (from your phone settings) within the app and still be able to access content

  • Change screen size (from your phone settings) without losing content off the screen

  • Use magnification (from your phone settings) within the app

  • Define how long you can have a push notification message displayed for to take action

  • Use the app on mobile phones of different sizes, phablet, and tablet devices

We’ve also made the application text as simple as possible to understand.

How accessible is the Alvie mobile application?
We are working on making our app more accessible with each release. For the time being, we have the following limitations:

  • You cannot change font size

  • The app functions in a portrait view, and you cannot rotate screen from portrait to landscape
